Sometimes motivation comes from outside sources, sometimes internal. This past week I have needed some outside motivation, especially from women. While watching GI Jane is great and all....makes me want to do sit ups, real women are even better motivation!

Barefoot Angie Bee who is sponsored by nuun, a barefoot runner, and a mom! Both of these women have great blogs that give me motivation to hit the trails, the treadmill, and dare to take on running in bare feet!

I am not sure, I didn't follow her blog at the time of the marathon so I don't know. Bummer huh!
