Ok....so for the month of June I logged:
swimming: 120 minutes
Biking: 33 miles
Spin class: 75 minutes
Running: 42.8 miles.
Since begining TNT training on May 15th I have run 66.7 miles.
What does that all equate to:
I have lost 1/2 inch off my hips and I have gained 2 pounds. GAINED 2 pounds??? Soooo not fair! Time to re-evaluate the diet.
