Hey Soul Sister

I talked my sister into running the 3.1 mile loop at Zorinksy last night. She ran/walked the whole loop, a personal record for her. I left her in the dust......I went back for her though like the good big sister that I am.

Last night I went and got a nutrition gel for Saturdays run. I got GU banana strawberry. Our coach is suggesting we start trying nutrition gels, or snacks, now that our milage is getting up close to double digits. We have 9 mile run Saturday. I am nervous and excited all at the same time!

JellyBelly SportBeans are good. Much tastier than the Gels I tried.. but they rattle in your pocket while running..
