I am running for every mom, as a mom, who has had to see their baby endure chemo. I am running for every mom, as a mom, who has had to wear a paper hospital gown just to touch their baby. I am running for every mom, as a mom, who did not get to bring their baby home. I run in memory of my youngest son and cherish everyday with my oldest one. Join me in my adventures through motherhood, family life, and the challenges of being a 30-something athlete.

Happy Friday
I survived the week. Short weeks always seem so long sometimes. Wierd. So far this week I have gotten in 2 runs and one swim. We are leaving to go camping tonight, pretty excited about that! I need a little r-n-r. BUT I do have a 6 mile run on Saturday morning. That will be the furthest I have ever run in my life. I am nervous and excited all at the same time. This month really ramps up the miles, then we back off a little next month. I have to say, I am really enjoying training with the TEAM.
