I am running for every mom, as a mom, who has had to see their baby endure chemo. I am running for every mom, as a mom, who has had to wear a paper hospital gown just to touch their baby. I am running for every mom, as a mom, who did not get to bring their baby home. I run in memory of my youngest son and cherish everyday with my oldest one. Join me in my adventures through motherhood, family life, and the challenges of being a 30-something athlete.

Brick House
Got in my first offical "brick" of the training season. A "brick" is when you combine more than one workout together. Last night I biked for 9 miles and followed it up with a 2.5 mile run. Felt great! Today is my day of rest and then I have my first ever 5k run on Saturday! Super pumped!
